Beth Hammack is an Oklahoma City artist whose work is in several important private and corporate collections. In creating her abstract paintings, she combines a loose graphite drawing style with a layered and sometimes geometric application of color. Beth graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. She has also studied at the Chicago Art Institute and the London City School of Arts. Following graduation, Beth spent her early career as an interior designer and in the 1980’s was the founder and principal designer of a national sterling jewelry line named ZAGAL. She credits her interior design experience as giving her the ability to visualize how her work will relate to and enhance the physical environment in which it is placed.Read More >> Download Article (PDF)

Due to the number of inquiries we have received today, we wanted to give everyone another update on our plans for this First Friday.
The First Friday Gallery Walk will not be happening in its usual fashion again this month. However, there are still ways to get involved in everything going on in Paseo, in person or from the comfort of your own home!
JRB Art at The Elms will be virtually presenting Paul Moore's stunning sculptures and Beth Hammack’s beautiful abstract paintings during the month of June on our website. As of now, we are are open by appointment only and ask that everyone wear a mask while in the Gallery.
