G.L. August Loessberg Biography

G.L. August Loessberg has specialized in photography and graphic design since 1971. With subjects that encompass portraiture, landscape, pop art and abstraction, each of Loessberg’s creations carries a unique narrative, brought to life through custom formulations of permanent pigments on acid free substrates.

Loessberg designed the acclaimed Les Beaux Arts magazine in 1982 and was awarded Print Magazine’s International Design Award for his photographic contributions to the Santa Fe Picture Paper. His palladium-printed, hand-colored miniatures have been shown in conjunction with “Andy Warhol’s Endangered Species. His series, The Walls of El Tuito, is being readied for 2017 exhibit in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
