Born and raised in The Netherlands, Irmgard Geul received her art degree at the HKU University of the Arts in Utrecht/The Netherlands. Her work is constantly evolving in the urge to map her memories and to tell her stories. Geul grew up in a small rural town south of Amsterdam and was raised in a large family of seven brothers and one sister.

In her new mixed media collages, she applies fabric and embroidery into her work in honor of her mother, her primary motivator, in pursuing her dream to become a fulltime artist.

Irmgard has gallery representation in Oklahoma and had several solo and group shows around the country. She currently lives and works on a ranch in Pauls Valley, OK and has collectors throughout the United States, The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Colombia and Israel.
